MARKETING STRATEGY & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Developed strategic marketing plan for 2020 season, which included brand redesign, communications rollout for market move, community / brand awareness, and newsletter and social media growth strategies.

Oversaw creative direction for brand redesign. Goal was to modernize logo and look/feel to better represent the Napa Farmers Market, its mission, and the community it serves. Worked with designer to achieve new branding that was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.

Directed and project managed website redesign efforts and led creative content direction. Streamlined website navigation, based off of user behavior and customer needs, and modernized website design and functionality.

Cascaded logo design and new branding guidelines through to new website, social media, and additional marketing avenues.

Engineered additional communications throughout year to alert the public of differing location(s) – varied due to COVID regulations – as well as measures and precautions instituted to keep public safe during pandemic.

Work on behalf of the Napa Farmers Market was pro bono. AKG Insights Owner, Anne Girvin, was a member of the board. As part of her role, she also developed campaigns to raise operational funds to sustain the market.
