THE CIA AT COPIA

Established all marketing channels for The CIA at Copia and architected strategic marketing and communications approach and execution plan to bring facility and marketing ecosystem to life.  

Developed integrated tactical plans to launch new consumer-facing initiatives including food and wine classes, restaurants, public events, branded symposiums, special events, retail, and promote general awareness.

Established West Coast consumer marketing office and managed small marketing team. Developed internal structure, standard operating procedures, and project management systems to promote efficiency and creativity.
