Developed overarching marketing strategy for virtual consumer food & wine class offerings and brand personality, including logo rebrand direction, email marketing – strategy, design, content writing, and tactical launch plan – partnership outreach, social media strategy, and customer journey development all geared toward customer acquisition and growth.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Worked with designer to finesse existing logo and brand materials to bring client’s expertise and personality to the forefront. Creating multiple uses for various audiences. Design elements were cascaded through to email marketing and social media.

CONTENT MARKETING

Per customer goals, focus was placed on launching email marketing to existing database and growing audience. AKG set up new email marketing account and segmented audience for different uses. Launched monthly newsletter campaign, architected customer acquisition avenues, and developed email automations.

As a result of this project, AKG Insights:

  • Increased newsletter audience by 12% over 4 months

  • Increased open rate by 4.6% over 4 months

  • Increased social media followers by 12%

  • Retained customers and built repeat attendees for consumer events and wine courses classes

Part of AKG Insights’ engagement with Andrea Robinson also included designing the customer journey for her virtual wine course offering.

We curated specific weekly communications to existing wine course participants, as well as automated communications for new course registrants. Communications included class sign-on information, wine ordering details, course guides, and any outstanding questions from previous classes.
